Margaret (Allen) Welborn

Margaret Welborn, 72, of Mocksville, passed away on October 7, 2019 at her residence. She was born June 1, 1947, a daughter to the late Charlie Allen and Creola Parker Allen. She attended West Yadkin High School and in her adult life worked as a sewing machine operator. Margaret was preceded in death by both of her parents, as well as several siblings.

Margaret is survived by her loving family, including her daughters Christina Tulbert (Kent) and Regina Gryder (Andy), both of Hamptonville, her brother Dan Allen (Ann) of Churchland, her grandchildren Ryan and Erin Tulbert and Paige and Rena Gryder, as well as several nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 9 at the Mackie Sinclair Hawkins Funeral Chapel in Yadkinville from 6 – 8 PM. A private funeral service will be held at a later date.
